What we collect
Your name, contact details, delivery address and order details when you buy, and basic usage data when advertising measurement is permitted.

Who we share it with
We share information with Shopify (store and checkout), payment providers and couriers. Where permitted, the Meta Pixel shares page visits, page addresses, browser and device information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement. Meta may process this information outside South Africa. We do not enable advanced matching or send your name, email address, telephone number or order details through this pixel. We never sell your information.
Advertising and cookie settings
Where permitted, Google Analytics receives page visits, browser and device information, approximate location and cart or checkout activity. Google may process this information outside South Africa. We do not send customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery addresses or gift-note text to Google Analytics. The setting below also stops future Google Analytics tracking.
Recent-purchase notices may show a product photo, the time since a paid purchase and a broad South African province. They never display customer names, towns, contact details, street addresses or order numbers.
We do not display a cookie banner. Advertising tracking is blocked in regions where prior consent is required, and when your location cannot be determined. Elsewhere, page-view measurement is enabled unless you opt out. We honour browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Ad clicks and impressions can still be counted by Facebook and Instagram when website tracking is blocked.
