These terms apply to purchases on kiaatandsteel.co.za, operated by Kiaat & Steel, a sole proprietorship trading in a personal capacity in Krugersdorp, Gauteng.
Orders and prices
Prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We do not operate a physical retail store: every order is placed and paid for online before it is packed, dispatched or collected. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
Handmade products
Each board is handmade from natural kiaat. Grain, colour and small marks vary and are not defects.
Custom engraving
Engraving is an optional extra charged per board. After you order we contact you to confirm the wording. Engraved boards are personalised and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Delivery and returns
See our Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
